I have been writing and researching topics of interest for years but recently decided to turn it into 2 YouTube channels with contrasting styles. Currently still getting to grips with the delivery of the content but have hit a year of consistent posting. As someone with a passion for not only writing about a topic but researching it I will happily do this about every topic. A skill I have that can be useful for this is I have the ability to talk about anything even if I know nothing about the topic, working in sales has given me the gift of the gab as it’s called.

I’ve been writing in various roles for about 5 years now. More recently I have created the scripts and strategy for an AI podcast, which has been so much fun. I would love to do more. In terms of content, I’m particularly passionate about media & policy. I love to talk about the DSA, DMA and content moderation. I’m chronically online and good at sensing new topics emerge and jumping on the just as they gain traction. I have a few client examples that I am happy to share privately. In my current role, I work a lot with legacy media and while YouTube is a very different plattform there are lots of things to be learned by the techniques they use. This ranges from storytelling devices to the different perspectives to ensure good research practices.

The series culminates by planting tulips in the rain.
