Motivated YouTube Manager passionate about optimizing content, thumbnails and growth

Assistant
Channel Management

I am an aspiring YouTube Manager who is passionate about helping creators stay organized, consistent, and focused on what they do best — creating. Although I am just starting in this field, I am deeply committed to learning, improving, and providing real value to every client I work with. I began studying YouTube management on my own, exploring YouTube SEO, uploading workflows, analytics, and thumbnail strategy. Every day, I learn something new — whether it’s optimizing titles, understanding audience retention, or improving click-through rates. I genuinely enjoy the process because I see YouTube as both a creative platform and a powerful business tool. What sets me apart is my willingness to grow alongside my clients. Since I am in the early stage of my career, I am open to offering my services at a beginner-friendly or minimal rate in exchange for the opportunity to learn, support your channel, and contribute value. I approach every task with full effort, attention, and professionalism — because even if I am new, my time and dedication are real and valuable. My goal is to create a win-win situation: you receive a hardworking, reliable, creativity-driven YouTube assistant, and I gain hands-on experience that helps me develop into a stronger channel manager. If you’re looking for someone motivated, detail-oriented, and excited to grow with your brand, I would be honored to support your YouTube journey.

Live Stream Director and Producer

For the past 3 years I have managed a team to create, produce, and improve Live Streams for companies as their Live Stream Director and Producer. This includes coordinating schedules globally while ensuring my team had the tools and information necessary to meet the needs of Clients and the Stream. As I was working to coordinate appearances and schedules for Live Streams, I was also needing to keep my technical systems up to date, properly formatted, and running properly in the event of an unexpected schedule change or emerging need. I have found that being a team leader means I need to make sure my work is completed as soon as possible so my team is able to complete their jobs, while making sure that I am available to my team to solve issues they find that I was not aware of. Many positions I have held lead to the need for some kind of team leadership, even if only temporary to accomplish a goal or to keep a meeting on task and schedule. I have found that the motto of “You are not alone” has worked best for my style of leadership. This means being part of the team, not separate, because even the coach needs help. It also means using your resources to make things easier for not only you but your teammates and possibly even other teams. Most of all, I have learned it means to not work in a vacuum. Check in with your team, your manager, and whoever else has a stake in things, even if just to make sure that the project is not going in a direction it doesn’t need to. I have been using Microsoft Office products for over 20 years in a professional and personal capacity to manage various amounts of data, generate reports, and overall make other tasks easier. Most notably, I am very comfortable with Excel for working with large data sets, Word and Publisher to create needed documents, and PowerPoint to quickly make engaging presentations.
