I have worked on multiple YouTube niches and cracked the algorithm, creating and selling 49 YouTube channels. One of my most effective strategies is AI-driven optimization, where I analyze CTR (Click-Through Rate), AVD (Average View Duration), and engagement metrics to optimize content. When I worked with Guitaro5000, I handled titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. The videos I optimized outperformed the channel’s previous ones. A strong combination of thumbnails and titles boosts CTR, while high-quality content increases retention. Currently, I run Daily Laugh CP, where I use YouTube automation to make viral videos. My videos achieve 100%+ watch time, which is possible only when the hook is strong, pacing is engaging, and curiosity keeps viewers watching till the end. Problem-Solving & Optimization Once, I posted a comedy skit that didn’t perform well. After checking YouTube Analytics, I found that the retention rate was low, and the CTR was below average. The thumbnail wasn’t engaging, and the pacing was slow. I redesigned the thumbnail to make it more expressive, improved the title to add curiosity, and cut unnecessary parts to enhance pacing. The result? After reposting, both CTR and retention increased, and YouTube started pushing the video. Key Lessons: Thumbnails and titles create the first impression—if they’re weak, the video won’t perform well. Retention is crucial—remove unnecessary parts and keep strong hooks. Using analytics properly can improve any video’s performance. If your videos aren’t getting views, send me your analytics—I’ll tell you what’s working and what’s not! 🚀

Content Writer for Blog, Cross-Cultural Music Teacher, Video Editor

Hello, my name is Brian Campbell! I grew up in four different countries, moving between the USA and West Africa, and love using my creative skills to explore diversity and cross-cultural interactions. I am currently teaching music in Cameroon, Central Africa. While my career has been in music education for the last 5 years, I have been developing my writing and video-editing skills in the last few years. I spent a year writing for MusicStrive.com, and started a YouTube channel this last year documenting my travels in Cameroon. I learned to write engaging, audience-focused content as I wrote my music curriculum -- I have written every single lesson that I've ever taught. I taught myself how to edit videos on LightWorks, and intentionally set new goals with every video I make to improve new skills. My favorite video is one I made about camping in the Congo Basin rainforest and eating a cobra for supper (not planned ... we ran into it by accident!) Eastern Cameroon is very difficult to visit, and therefore the experience was extremely rare. It reached over 500 views, which was very encouraging as a beginner YouTuber. Through the video, I learned how to summarize a 3-day experience into 20 minutes, in a way that was engaging and insightful. Additionally, I taught myself to do basic 2D animations for a portion of it. Through my series of videos, I've improved my skills in music choice, carefully-paced editing, script-writing, and video processing. My background in multi-cultural interactions has made me a unique asset in every team I've worked with. I am naturally passionate about sharing human stories and perspectives, in a desire to appreciate our world and global neighbors more fully. As a child, I was evacuated twice from Cote d'Ivoire, and speak French. Rather than taking these experiences for granted, I have used them to relate to others and drive my curiosity for exploring the world. While my video editing and content writing aren't as developed as my education skill set, I am a very hard worker with a strong work ethic. My dream would be to make a YouTube channel that explores Christian missions in various cultural contexts. To achieve that dream, I would love contributing to a YouTube channel to help others and develop the necessary skills to become a professional content creator and business owner. I am determined to be a lifelong learner, and am willing to put in the work to improve my editing and writing skills. My full resume can be sent via email, upon request.
