Thumbnail Design
Translations

Hi there! My name is Harshit Raj, and I’m a passionate Graphic Designer who specializes in designing YouTube thumbnails that grab attention, tell a story, and bring more clicks to your content. I strongly believe that a thumbnail isn’t just an image — it’s the first impression of your video, and it can make or break whether a viewer decides to click. That’s why I put my heart and creativity into every single design I make. From my very first project, I’ve always focused on one simple rule — give 100% effort in everything I do. Whether I’m working with a new YouTuber trying to grow their channel or an experienced creator with millions of views, I approach each task with the same level of dedication, care, and creativity. My goal is to make every thumbnail not only look great but also perform great — helping videos reach more people and stand out from the competition. Over time, I’ve learned the art of balancing creativity with strategy. A good thumbnail doesn’t just need to look attractive — it must connect with the audience, clearly show what the video is about, and fit the creator’s unique style. I always take time to understand the type of content, tone, and emotion that a YouTuber wants to express. Then, I design a thumbnail that fits perfectly with that vision — whether it’s for gaming, vlogs, tutorials, reactions, or cinematic content. I work with modern tools like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator, and I’m always exploring new design trends and YouTube strategies to stay ahead. I constantly analyze how color combinations, facial expressions, and composition impact click-through rates, because I believe design is not just about art — it’s about results. Clients describe me as hardworking, honest, and easy to work with. I value clear communication and deadlines, and I never submit a design that I’m not proud of. I’m open to feedback, revisions, and creative discussions — because I believe teamwork always leads to better outcomes. Whether you need a single thumbnail or a long-term designer for your channel, I’ll always give my best to make your content shine visually. Every project I take on is an opportunity to prove my skills, improve myself, and help someone’s creative dream grow. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, hardworking, and passionate thumbnail designer who will give 100% to make your videos stand out — I’m the person you’re looking for!

Scriptwriter & Channel Manager with 4 Years of Experience on YouTube

Channel Management

Writing

With over 4 years of experience writing scripts and managing successful YouTube channels across various niches, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how YouTube truly works. I know how to use the algorithm to my advantage, create viral content, and grow channels through high-quality videos. As a Channel Manager at Major Productions, I led a team of 20+ creatives, including video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, voice artists, and SEO specialists. I oversaw the entire video production process, from concept development to the final upload. Meaning I was the one researching topics for videos, coming up with titles, thumbnail ideas and making sure the final product was perfect. Through this experience, I learned how to write great scripts so that they hook the viewers in, but also what to avoid in videos visually to prevent the retention from dropping. In addition, I served as an Advertising Manager. I integrated ad placements into videos, communicated directly with clients, negotiated deals, and ensured that all sponsored content aligned with each brand’s goals and identity. Until September 2024, I worked at Major Productions, managing channels such as KOOKIELIT, MISS-K-DRAMA, Bopping, and others. During my time there, the channels consistently performed well, and I oversaw the creation of thousands of videos. Last year, I also experimented with YT Shorts on my own to see how well they can perform. They all reached great numbers in a very limited niche and you can check them on my testing channel "biased." to see the results. If you’re interested in potential collaboration, feel free to reach out. I’d be happy to discuss any job offers.
