I can edit youtube shorts and videos and instagram reels

Shorts / Reels / TikToks
Video Editing

I don’t just "edit videos"—I engineer high-retention digital experiences. In a world where viewers scroll past content in less than two seconds, I specialize in the "hook, hold, and reward" method. By combining fast-paced "Hormozi-style" captions, strategic zooms, and rhythmic sound design, I transform raw footage into addictive Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts that keep the audience watching until the very last frame. My journey started with a deep curiosity about viral psychology. I spent hundreds of hours analyzing why certain shorts hit millions of views while others flop. I taught myself the Adobe Creative Suite and CapCut Desktop, focusing specifically on the "short-form" niche. Recently, I achieved a milestone where a reel I edited for a client gained 5x their average reach simply by re-structuring the first 3 seconds of the hook. This isn't just a hobby for me; it’s a data-driven craft. What makes me unique is my ability to bridge the gap between storytelling and speed. Most editors can cut a video, but I can identify the exact "dead air" that causes a viewer to drop off. Whether it’s adding B-roll to visualize complex topics or using sound effects to emphasize a punchline, I help creators and brands reclaim their time so they can focus on filming while I handle the growth. If you want content that doesn’t just look good but actually performs, I’m the partner you’ve been looking for.

Video Editing

Hi there! My name is Timmy, and I’m an amateur video editor. I’m relatively new to editing but love working on projects and making content that’s fun and visually appealing. Although I am still learning my way around editing software, I have spent lots of time editing footage for friends and myself. I know how to cut clips, sync audio, add transitions, and arrange clips to create an enjoyable experience! Work Ethic I would describe my work ethic as excellent. If there’s one thing I’m not afraid to do, it’s put in the work. I will go the extra mile to get the job done and learn new things along the way. I take pride in learning new skills, trying out unique ideas, and improving my technique with each project I take on. That being said, I don’t mind spending long hours on a project if it’s necessary. I will always finish what I start. Editing for friends has taught me a lot about working with actual footage and delivering what people want from their videos. I love taking clips that might seem messy or ordinary and making them feel professional and entertaining. I pay attention to detail with each clip I edit so that even my simplest projects have good pacing, timing, and easy-to-follow action. If someone were to watch my videos, I want them to understand what they’re watching and enjoy every second of it. Fun Challenges I love a good challenge. Every single project I accept is a challenge to better myself as an editor. Whether I learn a more efficient way to perform an editing workflow or discover new techniques, I’ll take anything I can learn and apply it to future projects. I am always open to constructive criticism as well. I feel that you can always improve yourself if someone takes the time to point out your faults. Reliability As you can tell by now, I take my work very seriously. When somebody hires me to edit something for them, I want them to know that I will give their project my full attention. I make editing projects a priority, so you can expect your deadlines to be met. I also believe in communication! If you have any questions or specific requests for your video, I want to hear them. I’m hoping to gain more experience and learn new editing skills as I take on more projects. I hope to one day expand my abilities and edit all sorts of creative media. From TikTok videos to YouTube thumbnails, I love keeping my skills sharp and picking up new hobbies. You can expect quality work, a friendly attitude, and an editor who will go above and beyond your expectations when you hire me. Feel free to look through some of my videos! I may be new to editing, but I will always give you my best.
