I'm looking for a highly creative YouTube editor to become a key part of a fast-growing YouTube channel.

This is NOT a basic video editing position.

I'm looking for someone who understands storytelling, audience retention, viewer psychology, pacing, humor and entertainment.

My content includes travel vlogs, lifestyle content, beauty and glow-up videos, reactions, comedy, public interactions, pranks and entertainment-focused content.

The ideal editor should be able to transform raw footage into highly engaging videos that keep viewers watching from beginning to end.

I'm looking for someone who can:

• Identify the funniest moments

• Identify emotional and impactful moments

• Improve storytelling through editing

• Create tension, suspense and anticipation

• Use memes, sound effects, zooms and visual effects appropriately

• Understand audience retention and pacing

• Think creatively and contribute ideas

• Highlight important reactions and story moments

• Make videos more entertaining, engaging and dynamic

This role is not for someone who simply cuts clips together.

I'm looking for an editor who thinks like a viewer and constantly asks:

"How can I make this moment more entertaining?"

The workload includes:

• 4 long-form YouTube videos per week (15–25 minutes)

• Minimum 3 Shorts per long-form video

• Weekly delivery schedule

Experience with YouTube content, vlogs, comedy, entertainment and retention-focused editing is highly preferred.

CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and similar software are all welcome.
