hello I’m looking for a YouTube video editor for my channel parannouls, where I make dark documentary-style videos about internet mysteries, true crime, lost media, disturbing online culture, and iceberg-style topics.
I’m looking for editing similar to YapMaster and SIRIUS: dark, atmospheric, story-driven, and extremely retention focused. The videos should include strong pacing, relevant b-roll, screenshots, news clips, subtle motion, zooms, text highlights, sound design, music, and occasional effects without feeling super over-edited.
Most videos will be around 16–25 minutes, with some longer 30–60 minute iceberg videos in the future. I will usually provide the voiceover, script, topic direction, and important sources/clips, but I’d like an editor who can also help find fitting b-roll, images, screenshots, and extra visuals when needed.
I’m looking for someone who understands this niche and can help make the videos feel polished, dark, and engaging while still matching my channel’s style. Please contact if you have worked in this style :D
You’d mainly be helping with:
- Editing the full video from voiceover/script
- Finding and placing b-roll, screenshots, clips, and images
- Adding subtle motion, zooms, text, captions, and sound design
- Keeping the pacing strong so the video doesn’t drag
- Making the edit feel dark and polished while still matching my channel’s casual style
- Helping with longer iceberg-style videos later on
