The role
Epiphany Content is hiring one editor to take 30 to 40 minutes of raw two-camera scripted footage and deliver a polished YouTube cut. Four videos per month, ongoing retainer.

The work
Our channel publishes weekly long-form scripted videos for a B2B founder-led audience. Each video runs 12 to 15 minutes finished. Per video, you'll handle:
- Multi-cam cut to script (two cameras, lavalier audio)
- Motion graphics and animated text
- B-roll integration where briefed
- Sound design and music bed
- Captions (baked or sidecar SRT)
- Clean colour pass

Reference polish: AprilynneAlter neighbourhood. Editorial pacing close to scripted educational creators. Motion graphics that earn their place on screen. Stock CapCut presets will fail the trial.

You're a fit if
- You have at least three published long-form YouTube edits in your portfolio (5+ minutes finished, scripted)
- You're fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- You're competent in After Effects, or your equivalent for motion graphics
- You can hold a 7-day turnaround per video, reliably
- You write clear English and can describe your edit choices on a 60-second Loom
- You can do a £150 paid trial edit within 7 days of being shortlisted

Rate and terms
£300 per video, four videos per month (£1,200/month retainer). Invoices paid within 7 days of delivery.

Engagement starts with a £150 paid trial on real footage. If the trial passes, the first four videos at full rate run as an extended trial; we commit to a three-month rolling retainer at the end of month one.

We provide: clear written briefs, footage and script in advance, Frame.io review with timecoded notes, a weekly Friday call in the first month and async after the rhythm settles.

How to apply
Send three things:
1. Your portfolio link, with at least one long-form scripted YouTube edit visible
2. A 60-second Loom walking through one edit you're proud of, stating your rate and current bandwidth
3. Confirmation you can do a £150 paid trial within 7 days

Applications without a Loom will not be reviewed. We reply to every applicant who sends all three.

Location
Brighton, UK preferred. Open to fully remote internationally. UK working-hours overlap during calls is welcome; we'll work with your zone otherwise.
