Your Responsibilities

• The "Deep Hunt": Scour niche forums, academic papers, and historical diagrams to find 15-20 original story angles per week. Use of AI is permitted as well.
• Shorts Scripting: Writing 60-90 word scripts with a focus on "Visual Pacing." You write for the eyes as much as the ears.
• Strategy: Analyzing our retention graphs to see where viewers drop off and adjusting the "Hook" logic & subsequent script accordingly.
• Quality Control: Ensuring every engineering fact we claim is verified. No AI-hallucinated fluff.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• You are likely an engineer, history student, or an extreme hobbyist.
• Your English is indistinguishable from a native speaker.
• You understand that a Short is won or lost in the first 1-3 seconds.
• You want to be a stakeholder in a channel, not just a task-worker.
• You are a retention expert and you understand the meaning of each word in the shorts game.
