Raffiti is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Channel Strategist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment, communicates clearly, and takes ownership of their schedule and deliverables.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize client channels, including:
- Editing titles, thumbnails, and reviews daily
- Updating end screens, cards, thumbnails, and titles
- Actively oversee channel performance and rankings
- Deliver frameworks to clients
- Growing client channels through research and implementation
- Join and contribute to client calls
- Maintain and update Strategist Resources File
- Lead and participate in Strategy Workshops
- Support clients with scheduling and timely video delivery

Communication & Responsiveness
- Be active and responsive in Slack and Basecamp
- Greet the team daily in the #raffiti-wide-chat channel
- Acknowledge messages promptly with emojis and follow up within 30 minutes when possible
- If unavailable, manage notifications appropriately

- Manage tasks independently and proactively
- Stay on top of client schedules and priorities
- Block time on your calendar for focused work and stick to it
- Regularly review client tasks in Asana to stay aligned

- Over-communicate in a clear, professional, and polite manner
- Be punctual for meetings
- Maintain professionalism with clients, designers, editors, and outside collaborators
