We’re looking for a killer thumbnail designer to join our A-player team of editors, scriptwriters, and producers — someone fast, detail-oriented, and with the thumbnail strategy expertise of understanding of what makes a good thumbnail. To execute on our designs well, you should have deep knowledge of why and how the thumbnails attract attention and what makes viewers click.
