I'm the creator behind Swiss Moments, a high-quality travel/documentary-style channel that blends cinematic visuals, history, and culture. I’m looking for a YouTube Growth Strategist / Content Promoter to help me grow organically, not just by tweaking thumbnails, but through smart, strategic content distribution, SEO, and platform understanding.

You’ll be responsible for:

Developing strategies to increase organic reach across YouTube (and possibly Shorts, IG Reels, TikTok)

Optimizing metadata: titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails (in collaboration with me)

Distributing videos on Reddit, Discords, Facebook groups, blogs, newsletters, etc.

Analyzing video performance + giving actionable recommendations

Suggesting collabs, formats, and engagement ideas to help grow faster


You’re a great fit if:

You’ve helped channels grow from scratch or 0–100K+

You understand YouTube's algorithm, CTR, retention, and how to test ideas quickly

You’re proactive, communicative, and genuinely interested in long-term growth, not just a one-time boost

Bonus if you have experience with audience building, community, or influencer marketing
