Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for a leader to drive and manage our brand and social media presence, with a focus on organic content. Since social media is central to our acquisition strategy, this is a key leadership role for the business.
  • You’ll own the company’s brand in the digital space and grow the top of the acquisition funnel.
  • The role involves managing a cross-functional team of scriptwriters, editors, and designers, ensuring content production is streamlined and effective.
  • You’ll work closely with one of the world’s top YouTube strategists to create top 0.1% content and deliver outstanding results.
  • Ultimately, you’ll be responsible for the performance of our social media channels, with a primary focus on generating high-quality leads (potential customers). Your main KPIs are the quantity and the value (total investment budget) of those leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Long-Form Content (YouTube):
    • Own the end-to-end development of YouTube content, from researching and benchmarking successful videos to brainstorming and proposing new topics.
    • Collaborate with our YouTube strategist and manage the creation of titles, thumbnails, and hooks.
    • Structure video outlines and coordinate with our internal researcher for data gathering.
    • Review and refine scripts from our scriptwriter to ensure they align with our brand voice and engagement goals.
    • Manage the post-production process, including coordinating with editors and thumbnail designers, and providing quality feedback.
    • Analyze video performance and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  2. Short-Form Content (Instagram and YouTube Shorts):
    • Oversee and optimize our short-form content strategy, ensuring alignment across platforms.
    • Collaborate with our agency partner and provide oversight to maintain quality and consistency.
  3. Platform Expansion:
    • Lead the expansion into new social media platforms as part of our growth strategy.
    • Develop strategies to generate high-quality leads and maximize the impact of our social media efforts.
