About the Job

We’re a next-gen wearable tech company that is launching our own Youtube series to help 1 billion people live healthier and longer.

Our new series will combine two exciting worlds:
  • Founder-Led Marketing: A behind the scenes look at what it takes to build a billion-dollar business. We’ll share the real, unfiltered moments of our startup journey, from visiting major electronics factories to pitching to top-tier investors. There’s endless drama - much of which no other channel covers to date.
  • Health & Fitness Adventures: We’ll explore the latest in wellness and longevity treatments and technologies, from herbal remedies to cutting edge, almost sci-fi like technologies like gene editing. Our team will discover, test, and share them with the world.

Our goal is to create content that’s both entertaining and informative, inspiring viewers to push their limits and rethink what’s possible. We want to build something as creative as Jesse James West whilst being as informative as Chloe Abrahams.

Pulse already has the very best technical team that has built our wearable hardware. Now we want to work with the very best creative team to help bring this vision new Youtube series to life.

We're looking for a dynamic Creative Producer to bring this creative vision to life! You'll be the backbone of our creative projects, managing everything from pre-production planning to final delivery. This role combines creative expertise with strong teamwork skills.


Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of experience in creative production and content creation
  • Hands-on production experience with storyboarding, scripting, and content creation
  • Deep platform knowledge of YouTube, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels with understanding of what works on each platform and why

Job Requirements

  • Own and manage creative projects end-to-end—from planning and scheduling to delivery
  • Translate briefs into storyboards, scripts, and clear production plans
  • Work closely with internal and external creatives, managing communication and collaboration across teams
  • Adapt content strategy to platform trends and specs across TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and more
  • Have hands-on understanding of video production tools, workflows, and visual standards (Premiere, CapCut, etc.)
  • Keep creative assets and project resources well-organized
  • Track project performance and gather insights to improve future productions
  • Strong problem-solving skills for fast-moving production cycles
  • Portfolio showcasing successful creative productions and project leadership
  • Availability during European business hours
