I’m a YouTube producer and content strategist with hands-on experience growing channels from zero to monetization. I’ve been working with YouTube since 2022, building and scaling my own media projects and helping brands turn video into a real business asset — not just content for views.

One of my key milestones is growing my own channel to 23,000+ subscribers with 25+ million views, while maintaining stable monetization.     I started this project in November 2022 completely from scratch, with no prior experience in YouTube production or content strategy. Everything — from understanding the platform’s algorithms to building formats, storytelling, and audience retention — was learned through hands-on work, testing, and iteration.
    Over time, the channel grew into a stable media asset. Today it averages around 4 million views per month, has active monetization, and a highly loyal audience. The project has strong brand recognition across Georgia, where the channel and its content are widely known and regularly referenced.
    My role covered the full producer spectrum: content strategy, format development, scripting, analytics, and long-term growth planning. The main challenge was building sustainable growth without shortcuts — no artificial boosts, no clickbait-only tactics, and no external traffic manipulation. The focus was always on retention, consistency, and trust with the audience.
    This project became the foundation of my expertise as a YouTube producer. It gave me deep practical knowledge of how to grow channels organically, maintain monetization, and turn YouTube into a long-term business and brand platform — not just a source of viral views.

    I joined the QSport YouTube project at a stage where the channel had strong potential but lacked a clear content system and production structure. After my involvement, the channel grew more than 8x, driven by strategic changes rather than short-term tactics.
    My key contribution was building a consistent content release schedule and restructuring all internal production processes — from topic selection and scripting logic to coordination between editorial, production, and publishing teams. This allowed the channel to scale without chaos and maintain stable growth.
    As a result, QSport became the most popular football-focused YouTube channel in Central Asia, with strong audience loyalty and high brand recognition across the region.
    Today, the channel generates around $2,000 per month purely from content monetization, without relying on external promotions or artificial traffic. The growth was achieved organically, through structured formats, clear positioning, and a deep understanding of audience demand.
    This project demonstrates my ability to scale large media channels, optimize workflows, and turn YouTube into a sustainable revenue-generating platform — not just a distribution channel for TV content.
