I have honed my skills in accounting, budgeting, and financial management through a crash course at J. Sergeant Reynolds County College and hands-on experience as a financial professional at New York Life. My background in Criminal Justice/Psychology from Middlesex County College has equipped me with the ability to understand behavior patterns and effectively diffuse tense situations, skills that have proven invaluable during my tenure at Wells Fargo.
In my role as Chief Operating Financial Officer at Hispanic Social Assembly (HSA), I have successfully overseen financial and operational aspects, dedicating myself to serving the Hispanic community in the US. Along with managing the Projects that are worth a combined one hundred twenty-five million dollars. I designed programs to help manage the eleven thousand employees along with the four departments of producers, refiners, storage and transportation. My experience at New York Life further solidified my expertise in strategic planning, business development, and financial literacy advocacy,
I am particularly proud of my ability to communicate bilingually, engaging and empowering stakeholders within the Hispanic community. My leadership experience as a Team-Lead/Interim Service Manager at Wells Fargo has further refined my operational management and team-building skills, ensuring efficient service delivery even in demanding environments.
