Im looking to be a techside support kinda guy

I’m someone who loves working with technology and helping people. I have two certifications from TestOutPC Pro and IT FundamentalsPro that taught me a lot about computers, troubleshooting, and IT support. In high school, I did freelance work helping teachers fix tech issues in their classrooms, whether it was setting up devices or walking them through problems step-by-step.

I enjoy solving problems and making things easier for others, especially when technology gets confusing. I’m always looking to learn something new and bring a positive attitude to every situation. I’m the kind of person who’s easy to talk to, and I like making sure people feel comfortable asking for help, no matter how small the problem is.
