I learn quickly, have creative ideas.

I am a quick learner and can teach myself new things. Though I do not mind being paid slightly less then the wage offered my work will not show that. I put all of my effort into doing the best I am able to on everything I do. As former military and now working in Law Enforcement I am not afraid to ban, kick, or anything else a mod would need to do. I can meet most if not all time restraints. I also have a creative mind for creating shorts, thumbnails, etc.
