I don’t just make videos — I build worlds audiences can’t stop watching. My career has been about taking the chaos of YouTube’s fast-paced landscape and turning it into something magnetic: stories that resonate, channels that grow, and teams that thrive.

I cut my teeth scaling one of the largest gaming channels on the platform, helping Aphmau climb from 19M to over 24M subscribers while launching new IP and spin-offs that pulled in millions more. That wasn’t luck — it was strategy, intuition, and a relentless drive to understand what makes people click, stay, and come back for more. I streamlined production timelines, built pipelines that could handle hundreds of uploads a year, and gave creatives the space to push boundaries without losing momentum.

At the beginning of September, I made the decision to step away from my role as Director of Production to focus on expanding my network and seeking out the right next opportunity. I’m looking for a remote or hybrid role that not only challenges me creatively but also allows me to bring my leadership, production expertise, and growth-focused mindset to a new team and brand.

What makes me different is the balance I strike between creative instinct and operational leadership. I’m as comfortable shaping a narrative arc as I am combing through retention analytics to see where we lost a viewer’s eye. I know how to rally editors, writers, and animators around a single vision — and then deliver it on time, at scale, and with impact.

At my core, I’m passionate about creating content that feels alive: the kind of work that doesn’t just entertain, but builds fandoms, communities, and lasting cultural moments. Where others see another upload deadline, I see an opportunity to tell a story that millions might carry with them.
