I’m an artist, editor, and writer who loves storytelling, comedy, and video games.
Private informationDescription
I graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a BFA in Dramatic Writing and a minor in film and TV. Through earning my degree, I learned how to become a better storyteller, and I have written many screenplays for all sorts of mediums— plays, movies, television, comedy sketches, etc.
I have been drawing since I was a little kid, and I pursued art all through my school experience— I achieved a 4 out of a possible score of 5 on my high-school A.P. art portfolio, and I honed those skills through SCAD’s foundation classes. I have explored many mediums, including clay sculpting, throwing pottery, acrylic painting, foam sculpting, and using whatever other creative materials I have at hand to support my creative vision.
I have skills in makeup artistry and have dabbled in SFX makeup for my horror cosplays and makeup looks. I often pair this skill with my artistic talents to make props from scratch and recreate iconic items from media I love.
I have been editing for over 10 years on and off, having taught myself how to edit YouTube videos, films, shorts, meme videos, and even fan edits using Final Cut Pro X. I have dabbled in Premiere and After Effects as well, and I know how to do some basic visual effects in all the programs I listed.
All in all, I’m passionate about storytelling and making people laugh. I love using my creative voice to bring people the catharsis, joy, and escape that I have been able to get from all different types of media.

"Licenced Fool" is a video essay I created for my "creative cultures in context'" final project. I discuss my love for comedy and the deeper, meaningful effects of laughter and humor using my favorite comedians and their personal experiences as examples. One of my proudest projects, given the time and effort it took for me to make it. I also think it's a perfect showcase of my skills as a writer, editor, comedian, animator, and artist, and shows my versatility as a creator. My Credits: Writing, Editing, drawing, Animation, narration -

"Nina on the Street" was my attempt at exposure therapy for my social anxiety. But mostly, it was a project for one of my "foundations" courses at SCAD. I wanted to try my hand at a remote segment like Conan O'Brien and Eric André managed to produce so well. It's certainly not as easy as they make it out to be. However, I'm proud of myself for pushing through and managing to get a silly video out of it regardless. My credits: Writing, Editing, Directing, Performing -

This is a recreation of a scene from the video game THE QUARRY, originally starring Siobhan Williams as Laura Kearney and Ted Raimi as Travis HacketT. This was an exercise for my FILM 328 class, which was an intro to directing actors. We collaborated with performing arts students to recreate two-person scenes of the director's choice. I even managed to get Siobhan's attention on Twitter when I sent this her way, and she was very complimentary of our work. She Said we did better than she and Ted did. I don't believe her, But it was a super sweet thing to say, regardless. My Credits: Directing, editing, lighting -

My final for my Film 328 class. This time, I partnered with grad student actors to recreate a scene from ASH VS EVIL DEAD, Originally starring Bruce Campbell as Ash Williams and Ray Santiago as Pablo Simon Bolivar. We were challenged with a lack of a good spot to film as well as time constraints, but all things considered, it turned out alright. I passed the class so that counts for something, right? My Credits: Directing, Editing -

A short horror film I wrote, directed, edited, and acted in for my college horror class. Throughout the quarter, we had to group up with some classmates and make three short films based off of a specific pillar of horror. This was the last of them: Terror.
I wrote this script with the Evil Dead in mind, obviously. That entire franchise is my special interest, after all. My friend Avery Ward played the lead, Faith Christner was our cinematographer, and I played the demon. Had to put those white-out contacts of mine to use! -

"Film 232" is a comedy short I wrote, directed, and starred in with a few of my classmates in Film 232, an introduction class to working with lighting and cameras. My professor liked it a lot more than I thought he would and said he wanted to show this to incoming students when they start the class in upcoming quarters. That was a nice little confidence boost. As for the upcoming students, well... I can't say this short is very reassuring that they'll have a flawless experience. My Credits: Writing, editing, directing, performing
