Muse is a writer & researcher who focuses on the history of games development, and the culture and storytelling of Japan; with seven books on the history and symbolism of Japanese games, more than 500 videos ranging from documentaries, livestream highlights, and video essays, and more than ten years of experience as a Youtuber.

I have experience with everything from long form documentaries and video essays to short form comedy and AMVs; I’ve done collabs, podcasts, interviews, and livestreams; I’ve researched, written, and edited my own work as well as work for others, and I have a deep knowledge and abiding love for Japanese pop culture, general gaming culture, horror and scifi/fantasy.
