Creator Operations & Partnerships Assistant

My name is Will Burgess, and I’m based in Kerrville, Texas. I have spent the past couple years running my own photography business, where I handled client outreach, communication, project coordination, and client delivery. That experience gave me a strong foundation in relationship-building, follow-up, organization, and the trust required to manage work on behalf of others.

Alongside that, I am a mathematics major at Schreiner University. My academic background has helped me develop a structured and analytical approach to problem-solving, which I bring into operations, tracking, outreach systems, and business organization.

I am now applying that combination of client-facing experience and analytical thinking to the creator space as a creator operations and partnerships assistant. I am especially interested in helping creators manage the business side of their content, including sponsorship research, brand communication, affiliate opportunities, outreach tracking, follow-ups, and partnership support.

I am also building RedOak Works, a creator and ecommerce support business focused on partnerships, outreach, and growth operations. My goal is to help creators spend more time creating while I help manage the behind-the-scenes work that turns attention into real business opportunities.
