The Role: I film and edit all videos myself. What I need is someone who handles everything around the video to maximise growth and reach.

What yoh will own:
Channel growth strategy — competitor research, trending topics in the personal finance space
Community management — monitoring and responding to comments, flagging key conversations to me

What I am looking for:
Proven track record growing a YouTube channel from scratch — show me the numbers
→ Deep understanding of YouTube analytics — CTR, average view duration, impressions, retention graphs
