"I am a dedicated Community Management Specialist focused on fostering positive, safe, and engaging digital environments. My unique strength lies in my ability to swiftly and fairly implement moderation policies—effectively balancing the need for quick issue resolution (such as removing negative comments and applying bans) with the goal of protecting the channel's public reputation and viewer loyalty. I am passionate about transforming large, sometimes chaotic, user bases into organized and welcoming spaces." "My skills are honed through hands-on experience in high-volume environments, where I developed advanced strategies for content integrity and conflict resolution. A key accomplishment has been significantly reducing the incidence of disruptive behavior by implementing a streamlined user management protocol. I go beyond mere reactionary moderation; I specialize in proactive engagement and anticipating potential issues before they escalate, which ensures compliance and promotes healthy growth. I believe in applying rules with transparency and consistency, turning user interactions into a net positive for the brand." "I am ready to act as a professional front-line ambassador for your channel. Live Stream Director and Producer

For the past 3 years I have managed a team to create, produce, and improve Live Streams for companies as their Live Stream Director and Producer. This includes coordinating schedules globally while ensuring my team had the tools and information necessary to meet the needs of Clients and the Stream. As I was working to coordinate appearances and schedules for Live Streams, I was also needing to keep my technical systems up to date, properly formatted, and running properly in the event of an unexpected schedule change or emerging need. I have found that being a team leader means I need to make sure my work is completed as soon as possible so my team is able to complete their jobs, while making sure that I am available to my team to solve issues they find that I was not aware of. Many positions I have held lead to the need for some kind of team leadership, even if only temporary to accomplish a goal or to keep a meeting on task and schedule. I have found that the motto of “You are not alone” has worked best for my style of leadership. This means being part of the team, not separate, because even the coach needs help. It also means using your resources to make things easier for not only you but your teammates and possibly even other teams. Most of all, I have learned it means to not work in a vacuum. Check in with your team, your manager, and whoever else has a stake in things, even if just to make sure that the project is not going in a direction it doesn’t need to. I have been using Microsoft Office products for over 20 years in a professional and personal capacity to manage various amounts of data, generate reports, and overall make other tasks easier. Most notably, I am very comfortable with Excel for working with large data sets, Word and Publisher to create needed documents, and PowerPoint to quickly make engaging presentations.

Video Editing

I’m a creative professional who built my skillset from the ground up — starting with photography, expanding into videography, and eventually finding my voice through documentary-style storytelling. My training gave me the foundation, but it’s the countless hours shooting real people, real emotions, and real environments that shaped my style. I learned to work fast, adapt to unpredictable situations, and create strong visuals with whatever resources are available. That combination of technical skill and flexibility is something I bring into every project. A recent milestone I’m proud of is developing my ability to shoot and edit complete story-driven pieces from scratch. Instead of just capturing beautiful footage, I now focus on the narrative behind the visuals — who the subject is, what they feel, and what the audience should take away. This shift has completely changed how I approach my work and has made my content more engaging, authentic, and meaningful. I’m passionate about visual storytelling that feels honest. Whether it’s documentary work, branded content, or a personal story, I love finding the emotional centre of a scene and shaping it into something people connect with. I approach every project with curiosity and empathy — qualities that help me capture moments others overlook. Where I stand out is in my combination of technical versatility and personal perspective. I can shoot, edit, direct, and handle post-production, which makes me valuable on small teams and fast-moving sets. I don’t just follow instructions — I bring ideas, solutions, and a strong creative vision. I take pride in being reliable, easy to work with, and deeply invested in making every project look and feel its best.

Video Editing

I’m a creative technologist and video editor with a background in short form content creation, web design, and app development, and I got my start as a potter. I spent my early years working in my dad's pottery studio as an apprentice. That taught me the discipline required to be a working artist. By 16, I landed an internship at a civil engineering firm, and by 18 I was collaborating on major roadway projects for the FDOT. I went on to study engineering at the University of Florida, but when COVID hit I pivoted. I created comedic and relatable gaming videos under the alias "wackykraken" generating over 1M likes and 40K followers across Tiktok, Twitch, and YouTube. I was able to consistently stream to over 20 viewers within only a month of streaming, peaking at over 500. That experience lit a fire in me, and I still crave involvement in content generation to this day. I wanted my degree and eventually pivoted in 2022 to a "Digital Arts and Sciences" degree from UF - a BS degree that blends computer science with graphic design. You learn web design, basic app design, Python, Java, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere, Maya, and even Unity for full 2D and 3D game development. I am currently enrolled in my last class needed to graduate. Recent projects include: - Custom YouTube intelligence tool that scans for videos in your niche or custom search query, can pull relevant videos, compare stats, titles, view/sub ratios, ultimately feeding it to a local AI agent that can help you decide on titles and thumbnails depending on recent trends. Modern website with merch, customer portal, and blog sections for Sherwood Tree Service Short form content marketing campaign for an arborist in TPA featuring captioned and titled vlog style content AI agent and content generator for a jingle brand "Butter" here in NYC. I believe my wide range of skills makes me the ideal candidate for a creative YouTube production team. Joining a creative YouTube team where I can contribute technically and creatively is a dream role for me, and I'm so glad this site exists so I can have the opportunity to work for some of you!
