I come from a background that mixes product design with hands-on creative production. Alongside my work designing digital experiences, I’ve worked as a camera operator at the O2 Arena and with Slipstream TV, covering live events and fast-paced shoots. That experience taught me a lot about working under pressure, trusting your eye, and delivering when there’s no second take, all of which has shaped how I work as a designer.
Whether I’m filming a live performance or shaping a user flow, the focus is the same: clarity, timing, and understanding how people experience what you’ve made. Working in live broadcast environments gave me a solid grasp of visual storytelling, real-time problem solving, and collaborating closely with a team, skills I’ve carried into design leadership and product delivery.
What makes me different is the mix of creative instinct and practical delivery. I’ve led product work across health, wellbeing, and SaaS, and I’ve also operated cameras in front of thousands of people. That combination means I bring a wide perspective, stay calm in high-pressure environments, and care about the end result, whether it’s a live show or a shipping product.
