I'm a 16-year-old teenage boy born August 28th, 2008, in Richmond Virgina, trying to make some side money doing what I love EDITING! and hopefully turning it into a living in the future. I do have a YouTube channel myself called "itzzLeaf" I make my own videos for fun and put lots of hard work into them. I've seen what I can do and realized I can help others that maybe don't want to do their own editing or don't know how and don't want to learn. My skills are of course editing, recording and thumbnail making, I learned these skills (self-taught). A recent milestone I hit was hitting 500 subscribers on YouTube and making a little bit of income through my support a creator code on the game called Fortnite. Some recently learned was lighting effects in my videos I can do lots of work with lighting on CapCut. CapCut is my editing tool, I've been using it for 3+ years I am a professional with it, I can make highly edited videos or town down edited videos. I'm really Passionate about helping others in any way I can and expressing myself through YouTube and making people laugh. I can in editing for people when they can't and don't want to learn or just simply don't have the time, I know it can be a lot recording, editing and thumbnail making, having to do that in a short time can really drain people and I want to be able to help in the editing side. My unique skills that I know makes me awesome and been told that makes me awesome is my editing, I've been told I edit like professional youtubers, on CapCut. I really hope you consider me your editor; I don't use adobe I only use CapCut but on computer, I'm just as good as people on Adobe but on CapCut. I'm still in High School but I would love to have this job as an editor as a little income on the side. Thanks for considering me have a great day or night.

With over 15 years of experience in event production, programming, and project management, I have built a career around bringing creative visions to life. From large-scale music festivals to cutting-edge gaming events, I have navigated diverse industries with adaptability, precision, and a passion for crafting unforgettable experiences. My journey began in the live entertainment industry, where I developed a keen understanding of audience engagement, logistics, and artist relations. I have worked on major festivals across France and Belgium, managing everything from artist booking to budget negotiations and on-site coordination. Transitioning into the world of e-sports and gaming with ZQSD Productions, I took on new challenges, managing live-streamed productions on Twitch and working with international clients. One of my most exciting projects was establishing a partnership with the globally renowned YouTube channel Lofi Girl, a cultural phenomenon in the world of chill beats and live streaming. This collaboration led to a historic concert for the opening ceremony of TwitchCon in Las Vegas, organized in partnership with Twitch US. Managing such a large-scale international event—overseeing artists, logistics, and production—was a testament to my ability to deliver high-impact experiences on a global stage. Working at Bleu Citron Productions, a major player in the French entertainment industry that produces artists like Bigflo & Oli, further sharpened my skills. Beyond live concerts and festivals, I also managed corporate events, securing venues, negotiating budgets, coordinating personnel, and overseeing every detail from catering to stage design. Beyond production, my creative skills set me apart. I have hands-on experience with graphic design, having created promotional materials, posters, and program brochures for venues. This blend of strategic thinking and creative execution allows me to contribute in ways that many production professionals can't—bridging the gap between logistics and aesthetics. At my core, I thrive in high-pressure environments that demand both structure and innovation. I love solving problems on the fly, building strong relationships with stakeholders, and pushing the boundaries of what an event can be. Whether it's a music festival, a gaming event, or a large-scale corporate activation, I bring a dynamic, forward-thinking approach that ensures success. I’m always eager to take on new challenges, collaborate with passionate teams, and create experiences that leave a lasting impact. Let's build something unforgettable together!

Creative Direction

Video Editing

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the power of visual storytelling. My journey into filmmaking started at just five years old, watching the behind-the-scenes footage on the Star Wars 30th Anniversary DVDs. That early fascination led me to experiment with Machinima in Halo Reach and Halo 4, teaching myself After Effects and Photoshop to create cinematic narratives. Over the years, I honed my craft through hands-on experience in short films, commercial work, and corporate video production, ultimately leading me to my role as a video producer at Element 7 Productions. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge creativity and technical expertise. Whether I’m behind the camera as a DP, fine-tuning the story in the edit, or crafting the perfect look in color grading, I bring a meticulous eye and a deep understanding of the entire production process. I thrive in high-pressure environments, ensuring smooth logistics and delivering visually compelling content that meets both artistic and business goals. My recent work includes color-grading and editing a PSA campaign for the Vancouver Fire Department, where I helped bring an old-western aesthetic to life—earning praise from both clients and my team. Beyond production, I’m passionate about problem-solving and innovation. I’ve played a key role in improving Element 7’s internal systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data management. I also actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging my industry connections to bring fresh projects to the company. My goal is always to elevate every production I touch, whether through my technical skills, creative vision, or strategic thinking. If you’re looking for a creative professional who can do more than just edit or shoot—someone who understands the full picture and knows how to make it shine—let’s connect.

My name is Rio and I have been writing and been involved with video and film production since 2018. I have experience as a Youtube content creator and channel manager where I was involved in all aspects of production. I did content planning, topic research, scriptwriting, directing, shooting and hosting the videos, recording voiceover, video editing, gathering photo and video assets, generating AI assets, creating thumbnails, and studying analytics, competitors, and trends. I also served as team lead and a personal VA for my boss. As a writer for a media consulting agency, I also handle scripts, screenplays, book coverages, script treatments, book summaries, magazine articles, press releases, and SEO blog articles. I've also done lead research and data gathering. While pursuing my bachelor's in Cinema studies, I've been a Dean's Lister and taken on the role of Production Manager and on-screen talent for several short films. My responsibilities include cast and crew coordination, budget breakdowns, scheduling, permits, and contracts, to name a few. Before this, I had 2 years of experience in the Call Center industry. The range of my responsibilities includes email marketing, appointment setting, customer service, and tech support. On a personal note, my clients and workmates have valued my support, leadership, dedication, creativity, and sense of humor. I wish to have work where my skills and experience could be of service.
