I’ve never fit neatly into one box—and that’s my biggest strength. I’ve worked across HR, operations, executive assistance, and content teams, learning not just how to manage tasks, but how to manage people, chaos, vision, and energy. I’ve worked with companies like Godrej 2Pubnija Technologies, Zohort, and Hindustan Times, and each experience taught me something different—how to lead without a title, how to build trust fast, and how to create value even when no one asks for it. Most of what I know, I didn’t learn from a course—I learned by being thrown into the deep end and choosing to swim. From managing founders’ calendars to coordinating cross-functional teams and solving unseen bottlenecks before they became a problem, I’ve always been the person people rely on when things get tough. A recent project I’m proud of was managing an operational overhaul for a fast-paced startup, where I helped cut turnaround time in half within a month. But more than what I’ve done, it’s why I do it that matters to me. I believe even a small contribution—a 1% shift—can impact someone’s life. And I don’t stop at 1%. I go beyond that because when I commit to something, I show up with everything I’ve got. I’m deeply passionate about working with creators, founders, and vision-led teams. I love being the force behind the scenes who makes ideas happen, who clears the path, who gets things done—quietly, efficiently, and with heart. What makes me different? I bring more than just skills. I bring presence. I bring intention. And I bring that rare ability to understand what’s needed—before it’s said. If you’re building something real, I want in. Because I don’t just want to work—I want to matter.

Video Editing

I have worked on multiple YouTube niches and cracked the algorithm, creating and selling 49 YouTube channels. One of my most effective strategies is AI-driven optimization, where I analyze CTR (Click-Through Rate), AVD (Average View Duration), and engagement metrics to optimize content. When I worked with Guitaro5000, I handled titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. The videos I optimized outperformed the channel’s previous ones. A strong combination of thumbnails and titles boosts CTR, while high-quality content increases retention. Currently, I run Daily Laugh CP, where I use YouTube automation to make viral videos. My videos achieve 100%+ watch time, which is possible only when the hook is strong, pacing is engaging, and curiosity keeps viewers watching till the end. Problem-Solving & Optimization Once, I posted a comedy skit that didn’t perform well. After checking YouTube Analytics, I found that the retention rate was low, and the CTR was below average. The thumbnail wasn’t engaging, and the pacing was slow. I redesigned the thumbnail to make it more expressive, improved the title to add curiosity, and cut unnecessary parts to enhance pacing. The result? After reposting, both CTR and retention increased, and YouTube started pushing the video. Key Lessons: Thumbnails and titles create the first impression—if they’re weak, the video won’t perform well. Retention is crucial—remove unnecessary parts and keep strong hooks. Using analytics properly can improve any video’s performance. If your videos aren’t getting views, send me your analytics—I’ll tell you what’s working and what’s not! 🚀

My journey as a creative professional is a unique blend of technical expertise, financial acumen, and community leadership. I honed my skills as a Solutions Architect, designing complex software for major pharmaceutical clients like Merck and Novartis, learning the power of meticulous problem-solving. Following a layoff, I embraced the stock market, becoming an independent swing trader and part-time Equity Market Strategist. This transition showcased my passion for data-driven decision-making, leveraging TM1 development and technical analysis to identify market opportunities. A recent milestone includes publishing my first book, 'The Wolves at the Gate: Rediscovering Liberty in a Constitutional Republic' (March 2025), a testament to my ability to communicate complex ideas and connect with diverse audiences. Beyond my professional pursuits, I'm deeply committed to civic engagement, serving as a Committeeperson in my Philadelphia division, focusing on voter outreach and building strong community ties while managing the content on the Ward's website. This role has taught me the importance of collaboration and understanding diverse perspectives – skills I bring to every project. What sets me apart is my ability to synthesize seemingly disparate fields. I can leverage my technical background to analyze data-driven insights for content strategy, apply my financial acumen to understand market trends relevant to YouTube audiences, and utilize my writing skills to craft compelling narratives. My unique blend of skills allows me to approach challenges from multiple angles, offering solutions where others might see roadblocks. I'm excited to bring my diverse experience and passion to the YouTube team, contributing to its continued success.
