Job Description - We are seeking a creative and proactive Production Assistant to play a critical role in the creation of Gary's Mod videos. You will be responsible for setting up fights between NPC (Non-Player Character) characters and creating cutscenes by placing characters, cameras, props, etc., according to a given script.
You will film these fights as they happen, sometimes participating as an "NPC" character yourself. The ideal candidate is adaptable, logical, and has an eye for excellent camera work. A significant part of the role involves balancing fights—ensuring one side barely wins while crafting engaging battles that last a specific duration. This is achieved using tools like "Max HP" and "Damage Multiplier."
No Gary's Mod experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

- Spawn and balance NPCs in Gary's Mod using tools to meet script requirements for fight outcomes.

- Capture high-quality footage of NPC brawls, securing the best possible shots.

- Act as a character in NPC brawls when required by the script.

Cutscene Creation
- Set up and film necessary cutscenes as per the script (no animation needed).

- Cut down and compile footage in the order specified by the script.
