Job Description
The role involves editing videos averaging 10 minutes in length, professionally shot in 4K with S-Log3 color profile. Content includes musical performances, educational videos, and vlogs.

Required skills:
Retention-driven editing for YouTube, with a focus on narrative structure, pacing, and the ability to hold the viewer’s attention throughout the entire video.
Color correction and grading that builds a strong, recognizable visual identity, giving the videos a polished and cohesive aesthetic that enhances both the footage and the mood of the content.

Requirements
Proven experience editing YouTube content, with a portfolio or references available for review.

Availability for an ongoing collaboration with deliveries scheduled every two weeks.
Self-sufficiency and reliability in meeting deadlines.

A musical sensibility that allows for thoughtful editing choices in relation to phrasing and the structure of the audio material is a strong plus.
