We're building a health & longevity YouTube channel targeting men 20–50 who want elite-level results without the complexity.

$300–$600 per long-form video to start. Full-time if it's working. (This is a long-term stable position)

Ideal Candidate 

Can turn around a 20-min video in 5–7 working days.

Can make educational content visually engaging — not just pretty, but clear.

Async team across time zones. You need to be self-managed, responsive, and reliably hit deadlines without check-ins.

Advanced English required — you'll make editorial decisions independently.

Full creative control. We want opinions, not order-takers.

Long-term position. We're building from early stage to hundreds of thousands of subscribers.
