I'm looking for a video editing professional and young talent.
What this role actually is: You'll be cutting and editing YouTube videos for real clients. The core job is simple: take raw footage of someone speaking and make them sound like a pro. Remove the pauses, the awkward moments, the filler words - make every cut feel natural and invisible. But here's what separates good editors from great ones: you need to feel the story. Every cut has psychology behind it. Pacing, energy, where the viewer's attention lives - that's what we care about here.
What we need from you:
- Solid basic editing skills (Premiere Pro)
- Good English - you need to understand briefs, feedback, and client context clearly
- Fast turnarounds. When something comes in, it moves. Speed is non-negotiable
- An instinct for pacing and flow - you notice when something drags before anyone tells you
- You actually want to get better at what you do, not just get paid
What you don't need to worry about:
- After Effects or motion graphics - that's handled by someone else on the team. Your job is purely the cut. Own it and own it well.
Who this is for: Someone early in their career who wants to learn inside a real agency. Someone who watches a video and thinks about why a cut was made, not just where. Someone who asks questions when something's unclear. Someone who shows up consistently.
Who this is NOT for:
- People who just want a paycheck and will disappear when it gets boring
- Anyone who treats editing like a factory job with zero interest in improving
- People who can't communicate clearly or go silent when things get busy
- Anyone looking for something unrelated to storytelling - if cutting a sentence mid-word to keep energy up doesn't excite you, this isn't it
How it works: This starts as a part-time position. If it works for both of us - the quality, the speed, the fit - there's a real path to full-time.
