We have educational consulting channel focused on K–12 professional development. We’re looking for a skilled and reliable video editor who can edit both long-form videos (10–20 minutes) and Shorts (30–60 seconds) in a professional and engaging style.

Responsibilities:
- Edit 2–3 long-form videos per week (10–20 minutes each)
- Edit 5–7 Shorts per week (30–60 seconds each)
- Add branded intro/outro, captions, b-roll, and smooth transitions
- Enhance pacing and storytelling to maximize retention
- Ensure consistency with channel branding and professional tone
- Provide minor revisions as needed within agreed timelines

Deliverables:
- Edited long-form videos ready for upload
- Edited Shorts optimized for YouTube and vertical platforms
- Source project files (Premiere Pro)

Requirements:
- Proven YouTube editing experience (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and retention strategies
- Experience adding captions, graphics, and b-roll
- Familiarity with educational/professional content is a plus
- Reliable turnaround (2–4 days typical)
- Strong communication and responsiveness

Budget:
- Long-form: $75–$150 per video (depending on length/complexity)
- Shorts: $15–$30 per clip
- Open to discussing a weekly/monthly retainer if we’re a good fit
