I am looking for an editor that can take my 2d avatar .png images that I have created in Photoshop, and make them into explainer videos like the ones below. I will provide you with voiceover, which you will then overlay images on screen (you don't need to draw stuff) relevant to what is being talked about, as well as the .png's of my character.
