Take responsibly of the whole channel to guarantee channel progress, with constant improvements in content and results. Would need to handle long form as well as short form content, whole channel strategy, content ideation and thumbnails, whilst sticking to the schedule.
Ideal Candidate
Looking for someone that's done it in the past with good results, looking for someone to elevate the results as soon as possible, that is willing to give and take constructive criticism and help us get better at what we do by providing satisfying results.
I've been in this niche for 4 years now, so I feel like I have a good idea of if just need a youtube expert to join forces combine the knowledge and scale the channel to levels it's never seen before.
Determinated to become the best and be motivated to build the best / biggest channel in the (small) niche that I'm in, disciplined, sticking to deadlines and never missing an upload as well as organised and a big grinder.
