The voiceover would be fully cut and ready to go, we'd require YOU to create/DRAW very simple scenes and stickman characters using paint (or photoshop/ illustrator or any program you prefer) to match what is being spoken at the time. No music or sfx editing needed. No keyframing is needed as each frame gets updated every 1-3 sec or so.
