The YouTube Strategist will develop and execute content strategies to drive growth and engagement across our YouTube channels (the position is for multiple channels). This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a proven track record in managing successful YouTube channels.

Ideal candidate

- Content Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive content strategies to ensure consistent view counts above 400k per video within 3 month.

- Ideation and Packaging: Participate in weekly ideation calls, create strong video packaging (title and thumbnail ideas), and improve the performance of older videos.

- Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on new video and overall channel performance. Analyze past video performances for retention and present findings in weekly production calls.

- Channel Growth: Grow the main channel from 3 to 6 million views (long form) within 3 months (maintaining a 45% US demographic) and the smaller channel from 1 to 3 million views (long form) within the same period (maintaining a 35% US demographic). Ensure views from India remain below 10% at all times.

- Recruitment and New Channels: Assist in recruiting new talent and starting new channels.

- Review and Feedback: Review videos and thumbnails to ensure high quality and adherence to the content strategy.

- Proven track record as a strategist on successful YouTube channels.

- Creativity and strong ideation skills.

- Attention to detail and a keen eye for high-quality content.

- Leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Proficiency with YouTube analytics and content management tools.
