I didn’t take the traditional route into video production—I built my skills the scrappy way, across a variety of industries, wearing every creative hat imaginable. I’ve been the in-house videographer and content creator for major eCommerce brands, freelanced in documentary and wedding filmmaking, worked with production companies on commercial shoots, and even dabbled in educational content. I’ve produced everything from long-form YouTube documentaries to snappy TikTok edits, from historical deep dives to music videos, podcasts, and brand case studies. If it involves storytelling and visuals, chances are I’ve done it—and done it well. A recent highlight? Working on a high-end international brand campaign, where I was part of the post-production team crafting a cinematic brand story video alongside punchy, social-first content. It was the kind of project that required finesse, precision, and an understanding of what makes an audience stop scrolling. And that’s what I do best—creating content that lands, that grabs attention, and that feels as premium as the brand behind it. What sets me apart? Beyond the visuals, my approach to video is deeply influenced by my background as a musician. Editing isn’t just about what you see—it’s about rhythm, timing, and the perfect interplay between visuals and sound. I give as much attention to sound design and music choice as I do to color grading and composition because a great video isn’t just watched—it’s felt. And when you work with me, you’re not just getting a technically skilled editor—you’re getting someone who understands nuance, who communicates clearly, and who always aims to deliver content that maximizes engagement and ROI.

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by the power of visual storytelling. My journey into filmmaking started at just five years old, watching the behind-the-scenes footage on the Star Wars 30th Anniversary DVDs. That early fascination led me to experiment with Machinima in Halo Reach and Halo 4, teaching myself After Effects and Photoshop to create cinematic narratives. Over the years, I honed my craft through hands-on experience in short films, commercial work, and corporate video production, ultimately leading me to my role as a video producer at Element 7 Productions. What sets me apart is my ability to bridge creativity and technical expertise. Whether I’m behind the camera as a DP, fine-tuning the story in the edit, or crafting the perfect look in color grading, I bring a meticulous eye and a deep understanding of the entire production process. I thrive in high-pressure environments, ensuring smooth logistics and delivering visually compelling content that meets both artistic and business goals. My recent work includes color-grading and editing a PSA campaign for the Vancouver Fire Department, where I helped bring an old-western aesthetic to life—earning praise from both clients and my team. Beyond production, I’m passionate about problem-solving and innovation. I’ve played a key role in improving Element 7’s internal systems, streamlining workflows, and enhancing data management. I also actively seek out new business opportunities, leveraging my industry connections to bring fresh projects to the company. My goal is always to elevate every production I touch, whether through my technical skills, creative vision, or strategic thinking. If you’re looking for a creative professional who can do more than just edit or shoot—someone who understands the full picture and knows how to make it shine—let’s connect.
