Channel Manager and Scriptwriter with 4 Years of Experience on YouTube

With over 4 years of experience writing scripts and managing successful YouTube channels across various niches, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how YouTube truly works. I know how to use the algorithm to my advantage, create viral content, and grow channels through high-quality videos.

As a Channel Manager at Major Productions, I led a team of 20+ creatives, including video editors, thumbnail designers, scriptwriters, voice artists, and SEO specialists. I oversaw the entire video production process, from concept development to the final upload. Meaning I was the one researching topics for videos, coming up with titles, thumbnail ideas and making sure the final product was perfect.

Through this experience, I learned how to write great scripts so that they hook the viewers in, but also what to avoid in videos visually to prevent the retention from dropping.

In addition, I served as an Advertising Manager. I integrated ad placements into videos, communicated directly with clients, negotiated deals, and ensured that all sponsored content aligned with each brand’s goals and identity.

Until September 2024, I worked at Major Productions, managing channels such as KOOKIELIT, MISS-K-DRAMA, Bopping, and more. During my time there, the channels consistently performed well, and I oversaw the creation of thousands of videos.

Last year, I also experimented with YT Shorts on my own to see how well they can perform. They all reached great numbers in a very limited niche and you can check them on my testing channel "biased." to see the results.
