What I’m looking for:
• Experience with YouTube editing
• Ability to create clean cuts, smooth transitions, and engaging pacing
• Adding music, sound effects, and text overlays when needed
• Creativity and a good eye for visuals
• Reliable communication and timely delivery

Bonus Skills:
• Motion graphics, thumbnails, and basic color grading
