After working with YouTubers with millions of Subscribers for 4+ years, I have learned things like:

• What makes a good hook.
• How to keep good pacing (while still slowing it down for the right moments).
• Motion graphics.
• Proper use of background music to evoke the right emotions.
• And various other editing.

I hate to call it retention because at the end of the day, it's just good storytelling but fundamentally it's also retention strategy, I've been getting better and better with this, but I of course still have a lot to learn!
