Description

My name is Cyress Worsley, and I’m someone who values growth, resilience, and living with intention. My background has been shaped in large part by my time in the Army, where I learned discipline, accountability, and how to push forward even when things aren’t easy. Serving helped build my mental toughness and adaptability, but it also gave me a clearer understanding of who I am and what I want out of life. Being in a structured, high-pressure environment taught me how to stay calm under stress, think practically, and show up for the people around me.

I’ve always had a strong interest in aviation. There’s something about the precision, complexity, and responsibility involved that really draws me in. I enjoy hands-on work and learning how complex systems operate, especially when teamwork is involved. I consider myself a fast learner who takes pride in understanding the details and steadily improving over time. Whether I’m stepping into a new role or refining existing skills, I bring focus, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to ask questions so I can truly master what’s in front of me.

Outside of work, I enjoy being outdoors. Open spaces and fresh air help me reset and think clearly. That balance between structure and freedom is important to me. I’m easygoing and dependable, someone who can take things seriously when needed but also values meaningful conversations and shared experiences. Lately, I’ve been making a conscious effort to step outside of my comfort zone socially—trying new environments, meeting new people, and choosing growth over staying comfortable.

I value loyalty, honesty, and authenticity. I respect different perspectives and prefer thoughtful conversations over unnecessary conflict. My spiritual beliefs are personal and rooted in individuality, reflection, and strength of character. More than anything, I focus on how I treat others and how I continue improving myself rather than defining myself by labels.

Professionally, I bring strong customer service skills, physical capability, and composure under pressure. I work well on a team but can also handle responsibility independently. I believe in doing things the right way the first time and learning from mistakes instead of avoiding them.

At my core, I’m in a season of growth—not lost, but evolving. I understand that real progress often comes from uncomfortable moments, and I don’t shy away from that. With a practical mindset, resilience, and a desire to build a stable, meaningful future, I continue moving forward with purpose and determination.
