My experience includes content planning, publishing workflows, YouTube optimization, audience engagement, CRM coordination, social media operations, and managing day-to-day backend systems that help brands and creators stay consistent online.

Over time, I became deeply interested in how content performs beyond just “posting videos”: titles, thumbnails, retention, clips strategy, audience behavior, and the systems that help channels grow sustainably.

I enjoy working at the intersection of content, operations, and audience psychology. Whether it’s organizing workflows, improving consistency, supporting creators, or optimizing content processes, I like building systems that make digital brands run more effectively.
