You’ll own the editing process for our long-form YouTube content.
​This role is not just about cutting footage together. You’ll be responsible for shaping strong hooks, building retention-focused storylines, adding clean polish, and helping us create videos that keep viewers watching.
​You’ll work closely with the content team to edit one high-quality long-form video per week, maintain a rolling content buffer, and improve each video through fast feedback and performance learnings.
