Hello! I'm Ritznblitz! A video creator who's looking for a more consistent form of income via their editing. I've been doing YouTube for technically around 5-6 years now with editing experience dating back to even using Microsoft Photos around 10-11th grade. Now, with around 3 years of experience in Davinci Resolve, I've grown fully accustomed to a proper editing software and wish to further dig deeper in my skills. After said 3 years, I started creating content of my own and found a form of consistent growth within making videos surrounding 'Splatoon,' a 4-versus-4 team multiplayer game that's one of Nintendo's primary IPs. Reception towards my editing style was overwhelmingly positive; having a great blend of gameplay and music one could focus on while striking an edit at the perfect moment. I never considered myself particularly good at anything, but this was the one field that I was actively being praised for. I even reached a point in time where my videos were reaching multi-ten to a hundred thousand views. I've been wanting to create videos ever since I was exposed to YouTube as a kid. Watching classic YouTube channels like Cobanermani456, Markiplier, and SMG4, along with (at the time) niche channels like Simpleflips, Alpharad, Vinesauce Vinny & Joel and the like. Seeing how one could express themselves through video games while making even somewhat of a living off of it changed my entire world. I burned through my first laptop with not only how much YouTube I was consuming, but also with how much I was pushing programs like Photos' built-in slideshow editor. Seeing at how far I've come from my very first, properly edited video to now gives me an immense feeling of euphoria when it comes to this. This is one of my actual dreams as a kid/teenager forming into something. While I am nowhere near a point of self-sustainability, I do desire to get there at some point. Nevertheless, I am absolutely open to collaborating my skills with other creators if my form of editing is to one's liking, as well as attempting different forms of editing to properly suit a pre-existing aesthetic. this tells me to write why I am unique but I am nothing special. all the skills I have which mostly are things like video editing and graphic design I learned by teaching my self. a recent milestone I achieved I guess was making it another year in this world. my passion is art but I'm willing to overlook a lot for my second passion... money. we all need money and if I'm being honest with you most of my skills are fast delivery, multitasking, slight video editing skills, okay communication skills, and I guess my most unique skills is I can either make a room of 20 people very fun or very awkward with a single sentence.
