My journey starts at 17 years old when I launched my first creative business, a sticker company. I quickly fell out of love with making stickers, but there was one thing I could never shake. My love for documenting the process and recording videos about it. That spark sent me down a rabbit hole of learning everything there was to know about videography and content creation, and I never looked back. What drives me most is other people's stories and finding the best way to tell them. I'm endlessly inspired by the humans both behind and in front of the camera, and that curiosity has shaped every creative decision I've made since. My approach to this work is simple. I show up, I blend in, and I make people feel like the camera was never even there. I have a natural ability to connect with the people around me, which means I get more authentic moments, more genuine reactions, and ultimately better content. I take critique seriously because I believe good art should be challenged. Tell me your ideas, your perspective, your critiques. I want all of it, because that's how the work gets better. My core values of raw authenticity and undeniable curiosity never change no matter the project, and those two things show up in everything I create. What really sets me apart is that I am a true one stop shop. From the initial idea to concept development, directing, recording, and editing, I handle the full pipeline so you never have to manage multiple people to get one piece of content made. With over 4 years of experience and my own professional gear, I come ready to work. I am always pushing myself into new territory too, most recently teaching myself how to create 3D models in DaVinci Resolve, because if I am not growing, I am doing it wrong.

What makes me unique as a creative professional is my ability to translate complex science into something people can actually understand and stay engaged with. I didn’t just learn biology in a classroom, I’ve spent years working as a biologist and teaching it to the next generation. A big part of my skill set comes from working with students who don’t learn easily or who struggle with anxiety. I also teach scuba diving, and in that experience I’ve had students take multiple attempts to complete their certification, and I’ve learned how to break down concepts in different ways until something finally clicks. That same persistence carries over into research and fact-checking - I don’t settle for surface-level understanding. I dig deep until I can explain something simply, accurately, and in a way that actually sticks. Creatively, I’m especially interested in making biology feel intuitive rather than intimidating. Whether it’s genetics, evolution, or ecology, I naturally think in terms of “how would I explain this to someone who’s overwhelmed or new to this?” That mindset makes me a strong fit for YouTube, where clarity, pacing, and audience connection matter just as much as accuracy. What I bring that others may not is a combination of scientific understanding, teaching experience, and real-world experience. I’m used to being the person people rely on when things aren’t clicking or when stress is high, and I know how to turn confusion into confidence. That’s the same approach I’d bring to helping create content that is not only correct, but genuinely impactful for viewers.
