I have worked on multiple YouTube niches and cracked the algorithm, creating and selling 49 YouTube channels. One of my most effective strategies is AI-driven optimization, where I analyze CTR (Click-Through Rate), AVD (Average View Duration), and engagement metrics to optimize content. When I worked with Guitaro5000, I handled titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails. The videos I optimized outperformed the channel’s previous ones. A strong combination of thumbnails and titles boosts CTR, while high-quality content increases retention. Currently, I run Daily Laugh CP, where I use YouTube automation to make viral videos. My videos achieve 100%+ watch time, which is possible only when the hook is strong, pacing is engaging, and curiosity keeps viewers watching till the end. Problem-Solving & Optimization Once, I posted a comedy skit that didn’t perform well. After checking YouTube Analytics, I found that the retention rate was low, and the CTR was below average. The thumbnail wasn’t engaging, and the pacing was slow. I redesigned the thumbnail to make it more expressive, improved the title to add curiosity, and cut unnecessary parts to enhance pacing. The result? After reposting, both CTR and retention increased, and YouTube started pushing the video. Key Lessons: Thumbnails and titles create the first impression—if they’re weak, the video won’t perform well. Retention is crucial—remove unnecessary parts and keep strong hooks. Using analytics properly can improve any video’s performance. If your videos aren’t getting views, send me your analytics—I’ll tell you what’s working and what’s not! 🚀

I’m a film director, producer, and editor with over ten years of experience bringing stories to life—whether through short films, documentaries, or digital content. My passion lies in building narratives that move people, blending visuals, sound, and emotion into cohesive cinematic experiences. I’ve led creative teams across continents and formats, from intimate documentaries to large-scale YouTube productions. As a creative producer, I launched two successful YouTube channels: - nFactorial Podcast, now the leading tech and IT podcast in Kazakhstan, with over 170K subscribers and 72 million views. - Privileged Few Productions, a U.S.-based channel that quickly grew to 34K subscribers and 1.3 million views within just six months. In 2024, I directed and produced Kazakh Women in Silicon Valley, a documentary that captures the untold stories of Central Asian women making strides in the global tech scene. I’m currently in production on How Does Competitive Programming Shape a Generation?—a deep dive into the intellectual rigor and emotional drive behind one of the most niche, yet influential, fields in tech education. What sets me apart is my ability to lead projects from concept to screen. I'm not only a storyteller—I’m also a builder. Whether it’s crafting the opening frame, shaping the soundscape, or structuring a digital strategy, I bring a full-stack creative mindset to every project. My work thrives at the intersection of aesthetics and purpose, and I’m always looking for bold collaborations that push the boundaries of what film can do
