Hey everyone, I'm Eddy G. I've been in the industry for 10+ years, across a range of sectors. Short form, long form, short films, advertising. That variety is what shaped me. It forced me to figure out how to take whatever a client is imagining and actually make it feel that way on screen. I graduated in 2014, yet my real education started at my first job out of college at VH1, MTV, and the now-defunct LOGO, cutting promos for shows like Basketball Wives, Mob Wives, and RuPaul's Drag Race. That's where I learned to work fast and make things pop. After that I spent 6 years at Sports Illustrated, editing digital content, helping launch their OTT platform. I've built out templates that the whole editorial team ended up using. That last part was a new one for me, and it turned out to be one of the more useful things I've done. Making the people around me more efficient. Lately I've been going deep on analytics. Not just editing for platforms, but actually tracking what performs and letting that inform the creative. It's changed how I think about short-form. My most recent thing I'm proud of is Lift & Load, a podcast where I run the whole show. I shoot it, edit it, handle color and sound, all of it. Seeing it grow steadily, and having a few reels blow up along the way, has been genuinely exciting. What I can do that I think is harder to find: I can bring broadcast-level quality and still move at creator speed. I also speak Spanish, which comes in handy. If you need content that's quick, readable, and actually holds attention, that's the thing I care most about getting right.

I don't just think about how something looks, I think about how it works, how it flows, and how every element connects. Whether I'm building a brand identity, designing thumbnails at scale, or laying out a social media campaign, I bring a structured, systems-level approach to creative work. That mindset is what keeps my designs functional and intentional, not just pretty. Over the past three years at a full-service agency, I've worked across industries that couldn't be more different from each other, legal, real estate, food and beverage, and that range taught me how to shift tone and visual language fast. One week I'm producing polished, authority-driven content for a California law firm, the next I'm creating bold, scroll-stopping reels for a coffee brand. Recently, a thumbnail I designed for a client pushed their video past 700k views, which was a proud reminder that good design doesn't just look right, it performs. I've built enough creative range that briefs don't intimidate me, they excite me. What I think makes me most valuable right now is how deeply I've integrated AI into my actual production workflow. I'm not experimenting with it on the side, I'm using tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Kling, and others to deliver real client work faster and at a higher level. I know when AI accelerates a concept and when it needs a human hand to refine it. That balance is something a lot of designers are still figuring out, and I've already been doing it professionally for some time. I'm looking for a team that moves fast, values creative problem-solving, and doesn't treat design as decoration. I bring the speed of someone fluent in AI-assisted workflows, a sharp eye for what makes people stop scrolling, and the adaptability that only comes from juggling a wide range of clients under real deadlines.

For the last seven years, my world has been defined by the structured elegance of software, the vast scale of Amazon’s data systems, and the relentless "build-or-die" pace of the startup world. I know how to meet a deadline, I know how to solve complex problems, and I know how to work until a project is perfect. But I have realized that while I can build systems that manage data, I want to learn how to build content that moves people. I am venturing into content creation because I am genuinely captivated by the art of digital storytelling. Because I am a fast learner with a deep technical background in AI and software, I don't just want to "make videos"—I want to understand the soul of the algorithm and the heartbeat of an audience. Here is my honest promise to you: I don’t want your money. I want the opportunity to sit at the table and prove my worth. I have the discipline of a veteran. Having survived the high-pressure environments of Big Tech, I don't crumble under deadlines; I thrive on them. I have the hunger of a beginner. I will work "up to my nerves" to deliver. I am looking for the chance to be coached, to be critiqued, and to grow. If you are serious about your vision, please know that I am even more serious about helping you achieve it. All I am asking for is a single chance to prove that my technical hands can create something beautiful. I am ready to start today. I am sure that if you take a chance on me, you won't just see a collaborator—you’ll see a transformation. With respect and determination, Ramya
